hi did anyone miss me?

today i woke up feeling abit happier, my allergy subsided a little my gums and teeth no longer feel that painful anymore and the jaw line's pain subsided too=>
yesterday i had a dream of someone holding my hand walking in the dark . i can feel the warmness of his hand. i kept trying to find out who the person is but in vain.
the feeling of someone holding your hand so tightly not letting go gives you the feeling of not letting go too.
=> hehehe even in my dreams i can feel it.
ok today is a brand new day. i ate my meals regularly today and yesterday i managed to sleep about 1.30am .
im going to change for a better healthy lifestyle because i promised to do so:)
